Refunds are issued only for eligible orders that cannot be completed. Completed or partially completed orders are generally non-refundable.

Approved refunds are normally credited to your account balance for future use. If you prefer to receive the refund through your original payment method, you may request a withdrawal.

A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. In addition, any transaction fees or payment gateway charges incurred during the refund process will also be deducted. For example, refunds sent via bKash may be subject to the applicable transfer fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed only after verification and approval by our support team.

5. Refill Policy

Refills are available only for services that include a refill guarantee. Services marked as "No Refill" are not eligible. Refill will only cover followers or engagement delivered by our service and does not apply to any followers or engagement purchased from other providers before placing an order with us.
